Tracey Jane Cassidy, ENGAGED Engagement Lead

Tracey-Jane Cassidy is a STEM education and public engagement professional with over 15 years of experience in children’s STEM education, science communication, and public engagement. She is the Founder of Junior Einsteins Science Club®, which delivers hands-on STEM programs for primary school children in Ireland ,UK & Canada through a successful franchise model and outreach collaborations, including with the United Nations.
In 2020, Tracey-Jane was invited to speak at the United Nations’ International Women and Girls in Science Day in New York. Her work in STEM education has been recognised with several awards, including STEM Woman of the Year -Judges Impact Award (2023) and STEM Role Model of the Year (2024) Ireland.
As Engagement Lead at ENGAGED, Trinity College Dublin’s Civic Engagement for Societal Impact Unit, she supports public engagement and open research initiatives under Ireland’s NORF Engage project, working to strengthen connections between research, policy, and society.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Natural Science from Trinity College Dublin, an MSc in Medical Microbiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School.
