Kathyan Kelly, ENGAGED Project Manager

Kathyan Kelly is an independent researcher with a particular interest in social inclusion. She has worked with a wide range of NGOs, community and voluntary organisations who support hard-to-reach populations. A keen advocate of engaging with people with lived experience to shape, formulate and conduct research outputs, she has worked extensively with Peer Support Workers and Peer Researchers.

She works in a voluntary capacity as research advisor and is a member of the Governance Group of Seeking Safety Ireland, a successfully-piloted and peer-evaluated programme for women with the dual diagnosis of trauma and substance use.
