European Rail Human and Organisational Factors Seminar
Professor Sam Cromie from the Centre for Innovative Human Systems will speak at this years European Rail Human and Organisational Factors Seminar which will be held in the Agency’s premises in Valenciennes on the 14th of November afternoon and the 15th of November.
The seminar aims to share theoretical and practical knowledge relating to the integration of human and organisational factors across European railways. Recognised academics and professionals will present the latest thinking, experience and best practice to foster discussions on the challenges facing the rail industry and currently being addressed by the Agency’s Human and Organisational Factors Network. Topics covered will include safety culture, automation in railway and other transport modes, safety leadership and just culture.
