Aviation Wellbeing Conference 2019
Dr. Joan Cahill and Captail Paul Cullen presented their research at the first ever Aviation Wellbeing Conference at the Irish Aviation Authority on 25th April 2019.
Their work is pertaining to WRS and the impact on pilot wellbeing, performance and safety. In addition they presented some research around solutions at a (1) pilot self management and (2) airline level to manage issues identified in our ongoing field research (anonymous wellbeing survey and wellbeing workshops with pilots).
The conference was hosted by Aviofit.
