Alberto Sinatra

Biography

Alberto Sinatra is a PhD Student at the “Kore” University of Enna in Italy. He is currently spending six months as a Visiting Research Assistant at the Corporate Governance Lab at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. His focus areas are Corporate Governance, Corporate Law, and Artificial Intelligence. He is currently investigating the impact that new disruptive technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, are having on Corporate Governance structures and dynamics, with specific focus on performance and accountability of organizations using AI. He achieved a Bachelor Degree in Law at the “Kore” University of Enna in 2022 with a thesis in Corporate law, a Masters Degree in Corporate Law at the LUISS School of Law in Rome in 2023 and currently working towards his PhD in “Business, Law and Economics”.
