Vaeni Mac Donnell LLB (Hons), Dip HE, MSc (Mgt in Ed) is the founder and Managing Director of Cenit College; which in recent years has become one of the leading providers in training. She was the former Deputy Head of Law in Griffith College Dublin. She has over 20 years’ experience in lecturing in various colleges and professional bodies and specialises in teaching Business and Company Law to accounting students. She is the author of An Introduction to Business Law (Chartered Accountants Ireland, 2nd Edition).
