Kyran McStay
Biography
Kyran McStay is an independent non-executive director and an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Business School. Kyran recently retired from Key Capital where he was a Senior Managing Director and co-founder. Key Capital is a financial advisory business specialising in corporate finance, wealth management and private equity investment management. It was established in 2001 and has an extensive global relationship network arising from its work in M&A, leveraged finance and private equity. Prior to this Kyran spent 15 years in investment banking in London, predominantly with UBS and Salomon Brothers where he specialised in debt capital markets. His last role was as Head of European Debt New Issues for UBS. Kyran holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin and a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
