Peter Sherrard

Biography

Peter Sherrard has led the Olympic Federation of Ireland since 2018, driving a rebrand, new sponsorships, staff expansion, and Ireland’s most successful ever Olympic Games at Paris 2024. With director-level experience in commerce, tourism, aviation, and sport at Bord Bia, Tourism Ireland, Ryanair, and the FAI, he speaks fluent French and Italian and sits on the Sport Ireland High Performance Committee.
