Ms. Madison Windsor

Madison began her role as Research Assistant: Herbarium Digitisation Leader based in the Department of Botany at Trinity College Dublin in 2024. Her work focuses on the digitisation of herbarium specimens, including developing workflows for imaging, data entry, and metadata standardization. She also oversees the coordination and training of student volunteers.

Madison earned her MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation from Trinity College Dublin, following a BSc in Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Freiburg in Germany. Her professional experience includes leading conservation projects with organizations such as the Rocky Mountain Youth Corps and Missouri Botanical Garden, where she worked on habitat restoration, invasive species management, and public engagement.
