All technical support and training queries should be addressed to the IT Service Desk only.

Opening Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Online and email queries can be submitted at any time but will only be replied to within normal working hours.

You can use the assist.tcd.ie portal to browse our knowledge base, raise enquiries and check the status of current enquiries with the IT Service Desk. Please ensure you fill in the 'Subject' field with Ultra: when logging a ticket.
