Professor David Finlay is Associate Professor in Immunometabolism in the Schools of Biochemistry and Immunology, and Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science. Since 2011, he has secured over €3.4 million in research funding and has contributed significantly to the understanding of cellular metabolism which is integrally linked to the effector function of immune cells.
