Our Service Desk Team have introduced a new service to accommodate any students or enquirers who have any urgent or sensitive issues they would like to discuss.
If you wish to speak with a member of staff privately, our Service Desk team will happily accommodate this. You can use the below booking facility for any urgent, sensitive or administrative related queries. Each appointment is 15 minutes.

Available days for bookings will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 10am – 12.15pm.
All bookings made will receive an automated email to confirm, time, date and place for appointment.
An automated reminder will be sent two hours prior to the appointment and all bookings can be re-scheduled and cancelled using the original confirmation email received.
Due to closure of the Academic Registry for Christmas Break, appointments will not be available from the 22nd December 2023 and will then resume on the 3rd January 2024.
