In October 2020 Trinity College Dublin was awarded €21 million funding under the Human Capital Initiative (HCI). The project, which supports TCD’s innovative, skills-led teaching initiative ‘Next Generation Teaching and Learning for the changing needs of society and enterprise’, will run for five years. Trinity’s proposal prioritised innovation, both in modes of delivery, and in content, with a firm focus on meeting industry and future skills needs, which ties in with the goals of the Trinity Strategy 2020-2025.

Academic Practice is currently developing digital resources to support academic staff in the design of their HCI programmes and modules.

In addition, we can provide tailored workshops to meet the needs of HCI coordinators and their teams.
