Biography
Nicola works as a Teaching and Learning Projects Manager, collaborating with professional and academic staff, including College Academic Officers, to oversee Teaching and Learning Projects. Her role involves managing funding applications and reporting requirements, developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure standards are met, and integrating project outcomes across the College.
Working in partnership with relevant stakeholders, Nicola contributes to the implementation of an annual work programme for the ESD project. This involves mapping the work programme to the overall strategic objectives of funding agencies and the Trinity Strategic Plan.
Nicola is responsible for recruiting and coordinating student interns, research assistants and casual staff associated with teaching and learning projects. She oversees the administration of project budgets, maintains systems, and prepares quarterly and annual returns for funding agencies, TT&L management and College committees. Additional, Nicola manages communications, including websites and social media platforms, and ensures the timely dissemination of project outcomes.
