Biography
Jade Concannon has been a dedicated member of the Academic Practice team since 2005. She oversees the Centre for Academic Practice website and communications and administers all academic professional development programs. These include the Special Purpose Certificate in Teaching, Learning and Assessment, the Teaching and Supporting Learning modules for Graduate Teaching Assistants, and the Research Supervisor's Development Programme, in collaboration with the Graduate Studies Office, UCD, and RCSI.
Additionally, Jade manages and runs the Trinity Excellence in Teaching Awards and School Awards for Teaching Excellence, and she supports the Graduate Studies Office with their Research Supervisor's Award programme.
In recognition of her years of service, Jade was awarded the Master in Arts (jure officii) in summer 2023. She was also shortlisted for the Provost's Professional Staff Awards in 2019.
