Senior Academic Promotions Review
The Trinity Strategy 2020-2025 Community and Connection is committed to recognising and rewarding staff achievement in fair and transparent processes. In response to feedback received on the Senior Academic Promotions process it is intended to undertake a comprehensive review of the process with a programme of open College-wide engagement.
As Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer I am tasked with bringing this review forward for Trinity. Professor Bert Overlaet, former Director of Human Resources at KU Leuven and Chair of the LERU Careers and Researchers & HR Policy Group, has agreed to conduct the review on Trinity’s behalf.
