  Arleen Folan is the HCI Project Manager. The Human Capital Initiative (HCI) is an €19M innovative, skills-led teaching project which will transform the way Trinity promotes and delivers innovation and agility within its teaching provision. One of the aims of the project is to future-proof graduates with skills to adapt to a changing employment landscape. Arleen is responsible for delivering the project and leads and manages the project team, to ensure the deliverables of the project are met.

  The HCI Project Administrator assists the HCI Project Manager in overseeing the €19M project. This involves managing communication and administrative duties among 24 work packages, Enterprise Eco-system, and the Project Team. Laura supports the HCI Steering Committee and HCI Logistics Advisory Group, providing administrative assistance. Additionally, she facilitates coordination between 5 Cluster working groups, work package leads, associated Schools/Units, and the Enterprise Eco-system to ensure timely completion of tasks, deliverables and milestones.

  The Human Capital Initiative (HCI) Project Co-Ordinator works with the HCI Project Manager in managing a €19M. The principal function of the Project Co-Ordinator is to manage the direct expenditure through financial reports and dashboards of the 24 work packages and the Enterprise Eco-system associated with this project. Susanna liaises and offers support between the HCI project team, the 24 work package leads, the associated Schools/Units and the Enterprise Eco-system.
