Geraldine Anderson
Head of Data Analytics and Strategic Initiatives

Geraldine has responsibility for the creation and ongoing management of the Data Analytics and Strategic Initiatives Unit in the office of the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer. Her role involves reporting on progress against the strategic plan as well as developing data collection and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making. Geraldine works closely with colleagues across a variety of College functions to establish a data practice that supports the needs and requirements of college activities as well as ensuring that data is supported as a key strategic asset for the College.

Geraldine was previously Head of Research at Ibec for over 15 years, where she was responsible for the management of Ibec’s research team and the production of all Ibec research data and reporting. She holds a BA in European Studies, MA in International Relations and Postgraduate Diplomas in Statistics and Japanese.

Trish Cusack-Parish
Data Analyst

Trish works closely with the Head of the DAaSI Unit delivering and implementing a progress framework for the College Strategy and directing cross college data analysis and data governance to assist in strategic planning and strong evidence-based decision making.

Trish joined Trinity in 2018, as Data Protection Officer and Data Analyst in Trinity Global, she holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) and a MSc. In Data Science.
