Key Dates for Programme Proposals 2024/25

Proposals and major amendments to existing programmes must be approved at Graduate Studies Committee (GSC) before proceeding to Council.  A new programme cannot be advertised or set up for applications by the Academic Registry until Council has approved it.

Course proposals can only be submitted to designated GSC dates. The below table outlines the remaining GSC and Council dates in 2024/25 for approval of course proposals.  

*Academic Affairs must have seen the final version at least 10 days prior to its submission to the Dean of Graduate Studies. This is to ensure that the proposal is aligned to Trinity's academic regulations.
