The core mission of the Secretary's Office is to fulfill the statutory and legal obligations in relation to the College's Board and University Council and to ensure that the College is legally compliant in all respects, including key areas such as Data Protection, Information Compliance, the Irish Language, and Risk.

The office also manages, preserves, and promotes the University Art Collections.
