Anna Kostecka is a lector of Polish in TCD. Graduate of Polish Philology at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Poland) , where for several years she also taught poetics and interpretation oof the literature. As a teacher of Polish as a foreign language she worked at the Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest, Charles University in Prague. She is the author of several articles in the field of translation and hermeneutics. She is currently preparing a doctoral thesis on philosophy of dialogue as a method of translating the Bible.
