Data Protection
Related to conditions for some of the funding received to support the conference, we are also asking delegates to provide their consent to be added to a couple of mailing lists (for Trinity College Dublin’s Dean of Research office, to be passed on to the QS university rankings service, and for Fáilte Ireland, to verify that foreign delegates attended the conference). If you wish not to be added to these lists, please do let us know.
Dignity and Respect
In order to uphold a collegial atmosphere for intellectual discussion, the organisers of this conference maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including bullying and sexual harassment. This policy applies to all participants of this conference. We will adhere to Trinity College’s policy on dignity and respect, which provides clear and cogent definitions of harassment and which can be found here:
https://www.tcd.ie/equality/assets/docs/dignity-and-respect.pdf
If you would like to report an incident of harassment, please approach one of the conference organisers; alternatively, you can also contact Ken O’Doherty from Trinity College employee relations, who is trained to handle such complaints: 01 896 3328 or kodoher@tcd.ie
