Welcome to my homepage! I was born in Taranto, Italy, in 1976. I moved to Milan to study at Bocconi University where I obtained my BA in Economics in 2000. After gaining my MSc in Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science, I moved back to Milan to start my PhD in Economics at Bocconi University. During my PhD I worked as a consultant for the Development Research Group at the World Bank in Washington, DC. I obtained my PhD in March 2007 with a thesis in Development Economics and Political Economics. In August 2007, after a great journey around Europe by motorbike, I arrived to Dublin, where I am now lecturer in Economics at Trinity College
