Biobank is based at the Trinity Translational Medicines Institute
The St James's, Tallaght University Hospital, Trinity Alliance for Research (STTAR) bioresource is a collection of biospecimens (serial time points) from SARS-CoV2 infected patients (mild, moderate, severe) from St James’s Hospital and Tallaght University Hospital. A thoroughly annotated clinical database is matched to this high-quality sample collection.
The STTAR bioresource is chaired by Dr Niall Conlon, Professor Aideen Long and Professor Rose Anne Kenny. Nicole Wood manages the bioresource and is based at the Trinity Translational Medicines Institute.
