Seeds of Thought with Alisha Doody
Join us on Saturday 4 May at 2pm for Seeds of Thought, a collaborative workshop as part of our Creative Labs series. Led by visual artist Alisha Doody, participants will engage deeply with our current exhibition The Quickening by Deirdre O'Mahony and its themes of food sustainability, farming, and the future of food production. Through the introspective and creative process of letter writing, attendees will communicate directly with the envisioned future, the farmers, the landscapes, or even the food itself as depicted in the artwork. Alisha Doody is a visual artist with a socially engaged practice whose work combines solo and collaborative research methodologies. Free to attend but booking is required.
